About Us
Our founder, Jodi Hammer, holds a Master of Education Degree in Exceptional Student Education from Florida Atlantic University. Ms. Hammer is also a graduate of the University of Arizona, holding a B.S degree in Child Development and Family Consumer Resources. Ms. Hammer has over 30 years of classroom and administrative experience, along with Certifications in Elementary Education, Emotionally Handicapped, Specific Learning Disabilities, ESOL and Gifted Endorsements.
Ms. Hammer is also Orton Gillingham and Hill Rap trained. She is currently working towards her Reading Endorsement.
Our team of professionals combines over 100 years of educational experience and training to provide individualized programs for every student. We have the expertise required to teach children with a wide range of learning styles and abilities. You can be sure that your child’s tutor will have the insight, empathy, techniques, strategies and passion to help guide your child and your family to success.
Each member of our team holds a valid teaching certificate, Masters degree, MBA, Ph.D., or other accredited certifications and/or degrees.

Each student who is in need of support is assessed to identify their present skill level, as well as the specific areas of reading comprehension and identifies their strengths and weaknesses. This assists the tutors in developing a plan of instruction to help the student learn the necessary skills to improve their reading.
